Cairn provides a community and tooling that helps founders prepare for investment and helps investors discover early-stage opportunities. Content on the platform is for information only and does not constitute financial, legal or investment advice.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: scraping or harvesting data, misrepresenting your identity or affiliation, uploading unlawful or harmful content, or attempting to disrupt or compromise the service.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding and software on the platform is owned by or licensed to Cairn. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.

6. No guarantee of outcomes

Use of the platform does not guarantee funding, introductions or any particular outcome. Any investment decisions are made solely at your own risk and discretion.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cairn is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
